Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or strategy execution in a fast-paced creative/technology, consulting, or agency environment
  • Proven ability to run multiple large-scale initiatives with executive visibility
  • Strong background in project/program management tools and frameworks
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills—able to simplify complexity and keep executives aligned
  • Experience building dashboards, OKRs, or KPI tracking systems for senior leadership
  • High emotional intelligence

Responsibilities

  • Make Things: Turn ideas into motion and create clarity through artifacts — decks, briefs, dashboards, updates — to move work forward and keep people aligned
  • Pivot, and Then Pivot Again: Be fluid, proactive, and comfortable in the gray, adapting as needed
  • Keep the Big Things Moving: Drive the most important initiatives across the company, translating big, ambitious goals into real plans with milestones, owners, and momentum; define the roadmap proactively
  • Connect the Dots: Bring teams together, surface risks early, and ensure alignment from the C-suite to cross-functional partners
  • Bring Visibility to the Work: Build simple, clear systems that show progress, stuck points, and next steps, creating visibility for leadership and the broader team
  • Clear the Path: Identify bottlenecks, design more effective processes, and address inefficiencies to help the organization move faster and smarter
  • Be the Execution Partner: Act as the operational right hand to the CEO, keeping priorities on track, meetings productive, and communication tight; ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Tell the Story & Manage Change: Craft updates, recaps, and comms that bring clarity, explain why things matter, and bring teams along
