Responsibilities

  • Maintains an understanding of promotional education trends and BMS business priorities to identify opportunities to drive business impact
  • Provides recommendations to US Brand and Sales matrix teams to guide best-in-class HCP customer engagement
  • Conducts or coordinates analysis to support recommendations and enhance P2P knowledge
  • Collaborates with brand teams to plan and track Promotional Education Program operational budgets
  • Develops and manages speaker training budgets
  • Creates/updates, gains alignment/approval for, and manages distribution of speaker program planning documents
  • Initiates project plans for activation of speaker programs to the field force
  • Provides strategic guidance on the implementation of podium programs/symposia
  • Partners with Speaker Bureau Vendor for documentation submission
  • Manages and monitors timelines with internal and external stakeholders
  • Works with Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance to ensure pharmaceutical compliance
  • Identifies, drafts, and/or gains approval for speaker training content and supporting P2P resources
  • Develops and gains approvals on pull-through Promotional Education Program materials
  • Manages speaker communications regarding training content updates
  • Supports speaker contracting and conducts analysis for bureau size recommendations
  • Manages speaker bureau maintenance and speaker support resources
  • Manages contracting and logistics vendor partners
