Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in a product or technology leadership role, demonstrating a proven track record of successful operational strategy, development, and execution. They should also have 5+ years of experience with program and project management methodologies and tools, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent program/project management experience. Exposure to legal and/or information security operations, regulated environments, ISO27xxx, NIST, GDPR et al. is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Program Manager- Legal, Security & Fraud will be responsible for establishing programs to accelerate operational excellence, streamline processes, and support the delivery of key objectives. They will develop, manage, and report on project requirements, plans, risks, and challenges, acting as an ambassador to gather and report on critical information from stakeholders. This role involves engaging business sponsors and executive leadership to communicate project objectives and progress, ensuring agreement and alignment with stakeholders, and creating and maintaining project documentation repositories.
