Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in engineering, program management or product/program leadership
  • BS or MS degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional software engineering programs in complex enterprise environments
  • Experienced in leading cross-functional collaboration across technical and business domains to deliver unified outcomes
  • Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex topics clearly and effectively
  • Expertise in program management methodologies (Agile, hybrid, scaled delivery models) and deep proficiency in tools (e.g., Jira, Align, Confluence)

Responsibilities

  • Lead Infrastructure Program Execution – Own end-to-end delivery of 2–4 major infrastructure programs, ensuring alignment with business goals, timely execution, and high-quality outcomes across cloud, compute, and platform engineering initiatives
  • Drive Planning & Coordination – Define scope, timelines, resources, and dependencies using tools like Jira, Align, and Confluence. Manage sequencing, risk mitigation, and cross-functional integration across engineering, product, and operations
  • Ensure Delivery Excellence – Monitor progress through dashboards and metrics, resolve roadblocks, and communicate status, risks, and impacts clearly and effectively. Incorporate CI/CD, SRE, and Dev Experience practices into program workflows
  • Champion Product & Engineering Quality – Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure complete requirements, robust roadmaps, and effective intake processes. Maintain integrity of the “3-in-the-box” model (Product, Program, Engineering)
  • Connect & Integrate Across Teams – Identify synergies across programs, technologies, and teams. Align release cadences and coordinate with stakeholders (e.g., marketing, legal). Leverage reusable technology assets and cloud-native solutions
  • Promote Continuous Improvement – Optimize workflows, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency and impact across infrastructure engineering teams. Drive adoption of best practices in change management and lifecycle governance
  • Communicate with Impact – Deliver compelling updates and presentations using storytelling and data to engage stakeholders at all levels. Use tools like Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Power BI to visualize insights and progress
  • Apply Strategic Insight – Blend technical expertise in cloud infrastructure, Azure, and DevOps with business acumen and program management best practices to drive successful outcomes
