Requirements

Candidates must possess an Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance and U.S. citizenship, along with a minimum of 5 years of related experience, including at least 4 years managing technical programs. Experience in project management within the Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC) is required, as well as experience directly supporting program objectives.

Responsibilities

The Senior Program Manager will manage a portfolio of cyber research and development programs, overseeing all phases from marketing to contract close-out, and facilitating business operations across the portfolio. They will receive requirements from program customers, track program schedules and milestones, coordinate with various internal teams, provide quality assurance on reports, track program risk, support coordination with subcontractors, and routinely collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams to support staff planning, financial planning, recruiting, and continuous improvement. The role also involves managing program performance, identifying and addressing risks, gathering and synthesizing data, interacting with external customers and internal leadership, and achieving cost, schedule, and customer objectives.
