Position Overview:

ModMed is hiring a Lead Security TPM to drive the execution of high-impact security initiatives across ModMed. This role will manage program timelines, removes roadblocks, communicates risks, and ensures alignment across teams including IT, CloudOps Engineering and Compliance. It plays a key role in scaling security efforts through operational rigor, metrics and structured execution frameworks.

Your Role:

  • Drive PI planning coordination for the security organization, aligning cross-team priorities and dependencies.
  • Manage execution of key security programs including DAST, EDR, IAM, DLP, Email Security, and API Security.
  • Track vulnerability remediation progress across value streams and hold teams accountable to SLAs.
  • Provide regular reporting on program status, risks, and key metrics to security leadership and stakeholders.
  • Operationalize and document program playbooks in Confluence and drive JIRA workflows for execution.
  • Facilitate change management and structured rollout of new tools or processes.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Engineering or Project Management or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years managing technical programs or projects in a security or software engineering organization.
  • PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
  • Experience leading programs for DAST, IAM or other security technologies is a plus.
