Candidates need a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate & Project Management, B-Tech Civil/Mechanical/Electrical, Architecture or equivalent (post graduate preferred), at least 8 years in retail real estate, store construction, portfolio management and maintenance, plus technical knowledge of retail store development, budget management, and architectural drawings.
You will build and maintain relationships with Nike’s internal teams including Real Estate, Store Construction, Facilities, Legal, Finance, Design, Partner Management, Operations, Loss Prevention, Technology, Demand Supply Management, Nike Direct Leadership, and Sales—as well as external parties like developers, landlords, partners, and contractors.
A strong candidate has significant experience in retail real estate and store construction, a passion for Nike's product, brand, mission, sports, and fashion, a strategic mindset, strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills, proven project leadership, and excellent communication abilities.
