Responsibilities

The Senior Professional, Creative Development will develop and coordinate multimedia packages such as letters, brochures, flyers, PowerPoints, and talking points to educate provider audiences on Humana’s initiatives, ensuring communications meet AP and Humana brand standards. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective communications in both content and delivery, making decisions on complex issues regarding technical approach and exercising considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. The role involves applying various communication strategies to create an impression, raise awareness, and encourage a preference and response by the provider audience for the organization and its products, services, and brands.
