Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of writing experience, preferably for blogs, news organizations, magazines, or other publications.
  • Writing Skills: Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to absorb new material quickly.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects and juggle a diverse workload.
  • Deadlines: Ability to meet any and all deadlines.
  • Software Proficiency: Skilled with Google Workspace applications (Docs, Slides, Sheets).

Responsibilities

  • Create impactful, objective-oriented content for clients and brands.
  • Research, brainstorm, and pitch creative and compelling article topics.
  • Fact-check, proofread, and edit content for accuracy and comprehensiveness.
  • Work with internal teams to identify opportunities and plan improvements to existing content and internal processes.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Target Audience Insight: Ability to tailor content to healthcare professionals, addressing their unique needs and interests.
  • Medical Knowledge: A strong grasp of medical terminology and current healthcare trends.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of healthcare regulations and guidelines.
  • Evidence-Based Writing: Ability to incorporate credible sources and data to substantiate content.
  • SEO Skills: Experience with topic selection, keywords, title tags, and meta descriptions.
