Responsibilities

The Project Manager will manage all aspects of medical communications projects from inception to completion, including content development, advisory boards, and speaker training. This includes facilitating multidisciplinary project teams, interfacing with various departments, meeting client and management expectations, establishing faculty relationships, ensuring programs remain on target and within parameters, developing new project budgets, managing external suppliers, keeping programs on time and focused on primary objectives, providing ongoing updates to internal team members and client contact(s), and managing resource allocation. They will also build and maintain strong relationships with clients and faculty members, maintain professional communications, ensure client expectations are met, and contribute to new business development activities.
