Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior Installation Administration Professional establishes and manages relationships with internal and external parties, coordinates the end-to-end contracting and performance guarantee process, creates accurate and timely reporting of implementation data, status, and metrics, serves as the control point for contractual requirements and obligations, and leads post-implementation stabilization processes. They will also influence departmental and sales strategy, make decisions on complex issues regarding contractual components, and advise management on HR-related risk mitigation strategies, while potentially requiring occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings.
