They must be willing to travel up to 50%, demonstrate superior attention to detail, exceptional follow-through, and possess an independent and proactive approach showcasing dedication to continuous learning, and exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
As a Senior Program Manager, the individual will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for intricate Value-Based Care Programs and agreements, including CMS Kidney Care Contracting, IWH Payor Agreements, and IWH Practice Participation Agreements, effectively communicating complex information to stakeholders through meetings and presentations, providing outstanding customer service, investigating and resolving issues, assisting nephrology partners in achieving success through data analysis and strategy, executing company initiatives, maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring timely training and onboarding, and supporting and mentoring Program Managers to maximize team performance.
