Responsibilities

  • Develop and review short- and long-term marketing plans, goals, and objectives for specific products or product lines, aligned with regional and global development expectations
  • Create market development strategies in focus specialties, with clear assessment of barriers, creation of value propositions, and support for the Surgical business lines to achieve objectives in the focus specialties
  • Conduct competitor product analyses and market research on consumer behavior and professional audiences
  • Determine the profitability and feasibility of new products or product enhancements
  • Develop marketing strategies and tactics to ensure effective product positioning in relation to market opportunities throughout the product lifecycle
  • Collaborate with other departments and functions to finalize product specifications, as well as to develop and implement strategic and tactical planning for the Business Unit in partnership with the product line’s commercial team
  • Demonstrate clear understanding of the capital equipment sales cycle to support commercial teams in ensuring execution and implementation of the robotic surgery opportunity funnel
  • Create advertising strategies to showcase the brand’s core value
  • Act as a technical consultant, demonstrating products and solving product-related problems
