  • Develop positioning and messaging for Business User Authentication (BUA) products to communicate value to business customers
  • Own go-to-market strategy, ensuring customers understand how ID.me validates legitimate organizations, links verified employees to employers, and prevents fraud
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Brand and Demand Gen Marketing, Sales, Growth, Customer Success, Legal, and Engineering to launch new capabilities and enable go-to-market teams
  • Refine market narrative as digital identity evolves, building belief in ID.me’s mission and products
