Requirements

Candidates should have 7+ years of proven experience in product marketing within the SaaS industry, with a strong preference for experience in payroll/HR tech. A solid understanding of domestic payroll processes and compliance requirements is beneficial. Exceptional skills in positioning, storytelling, and go-to-market execution are essential, along with experience working with Lifecycle marketing teams. A data-driven mindset, excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills are also required, as is experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Deel HR products to meet revenue and growth targets, identifying market opportunities and customer segments to drive product adoption. They will craft compelling product positioning and messaging for HRIS, emphasizing its value in compliance, efficiency, and employee satisfaction, and collaborate with Product and Sales teams to align positioning with customer needs. This role involves partnering with Marketing and Growth teams to design and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns and creating enablement materials, including pitch decks and case studies, to equip sales teams. Additionally, the manager will conduct competitive analysis and customer research to inform product improvements and positioning, track market trends, and provide actionable insights to the Product team, while working closely with Product, Growth, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align strategies and advocate for customer needs.
