Requirements

Candidates should possess 5 years of product marketing experience in SaaS or commerce, with experience in or adjacent to a MarTech/commerce partner ecosystem. A strong grasp of how ISVs and services partners accelerate go-to-market and increase win rates in B2B or B2C environments is required, along with a clear understanding of the partner sales cycle.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will own end-to-end messaging and positioning for key product lines, especially those where partners are core to customer success. They will craft high-impact narratives that articulate how BigCommerce + Partner = Accelerated value, lead and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and ecosystem integrations, and serve as the master of their domain as a go-to internal expert. Furthermore, they will partner with Sales, Solution Engineering, Alliances, and Product to ensure alignment, develop solution briefs, sales tools, and co-branded materials, contribute to thought leadership content, and help build repeatable ways to position and launch joint offerings across channels.
