As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for crafting compelling, differentiated messaging and positioning for Ada’s AI-powered customer service solutions, driving go-to-market success through launch execution and post-launch adoption metrics, and empowering sales and CX teams with tailored collateral to confidently position Ada’s AI capabilities. You will also be expected to lead cross-functional efforts, conduct market research, analyze competitive landscapes, and cultivate customer relationships, all while ensuring alignment with the evolving needs of modern customer service organizations.
