Requirements

  • 5-8 years of Product Management experience in the e-commerce domain with experience in Supply chain and planning
  • Bachelor of Engineering in computer science or combination of relevant education / experience
  • Deep expertise in Blue Yonder Transportation Management System (TMS) Planning and Execution modules
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize transportation planning workflows, including load planning, carrier selection, route optimization, and tendering
  • Experience with execution processes such as shipment tracking, exception management, freight audit and payment, and performance analytics
  • Ability to translate business requirements into TMS functional specifications and partner with technical teams for solution delivery
  • Familiarity with integration of Blue Yonder TMS with upstream and downstream supply chain systems (e.g., order management, warehouse management, ERP)
  • Strong understanding of industry best practices in transportation management, including cost control, service level optimization, and regulatory compliance
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams through Blue Yonder TMS implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ability to work on multiple streams of work in parallel, proactively identify risks and dependencies and constantly keep stakeholders updated on progress
  • Crisp communication skills and ability to tailor communication based on the technical and functional prowess of the audience
  • Ability to break down and simplify complex processes and concepts and sketch them out and articulate them with ease
  • Experience with Agile tools, JIRA, Confluence, Splunk, figma/lucid chart, SQL (plus)
  • Great business acumen and communication skills
  • Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Validated ability to adapt to changing needs, processes, and ambiguity
  • Strong meeting and work session facilitation skills
  • Solid grasp on Design Thinking Concepts and Design Leadership

Responsibilities

  • Drive Blue Yonder TMS Planning and Execution Initiatives
  • Lead the design and rollout of Blue Yonder TMS Planning and Execution capabilities
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful adoption and continuous improvement of TMS processes
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to transportation planning and execution
  • Champion best practices and innovation in transportation management leveraging Blue Yonder TMS
  • Lead and manage end-to-end enterprise roadmap
  • Lead the creation of an end-to-end product/platform vision and multi-year roadmap for a function in partnership with Engineering teams and the business
  • Partner with all stakeholders to understand Business needs, outcomes and value and ensure roadmaps are aligned to those needs
  • Ensure roadmaps account for and integrate dependencies across functional areas within Domains
  • Work closely with Engineering teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., other Product Managers, Business leads, Domain leads, HR/Finance)
  • Facilitate decision-making across priorities with Portfolio Management
  • Work with business product management teams within Supply Chain Teams to understand the needs and aspirations of both Nike consumers and Nike planners
