Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap and vision for your product area, aligning customer needs with company priorities
  • Partner closely with engineering and design to define requirements, scope solutions, and deliver high-quality features that solve meaningful problems
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, business development, client operations, legal, and go-to-market teams to ensure alignment and readiness for launches
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers and the production payroll domain to uncover insights, identify unmet needs, and inspire innovation
  • Define success metrics and use data-driven insights to guide prioritization and measure impact
  • Advocate for quality and compliance, ensuring that products meet the standards required in financial and regulated environments
  • Drive execution end-to-end, from discovery through launch, ensuring on-time, predictable delivery
