Responsibilities
- Develop and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for driving product-led growth across key funnel stages (activation → engagement → retention → expansion)
- Conduct data analysis, user research, and funnel diagnostics to identify friction points and high-leverage opportunities
- Design and run structured experiments, including A/B tests, messaging variations, onboarding optimizations, pricing or packaging tests, and in-product nudges
- Build cross-functional alignment by collaborating with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data, Sales, and Success teams
- Translate insights into scalable product improvements that compound user and revenue growth over time
- Balance rapid experimentation with long-term growth systems
