Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with 2-3 years in a Growth role, preferably in a subscription business
  • Deep knowledge of growth experimentation tactics, with a strong understanding of the customer journey, and a proven track record of driving subscriber growth and retention
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics, A/B testing, experimentation, and funnel optimization
  • Experience developing pricing and packaging strategies that drive revenue growth and deliver strong global price-to-value for users
  • Experience working with loyalty programs
  • Knowledge of product management frameworks and their practices

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of product strategy and vision to increase subscription growth and improve retention rates, leveraging insights into customer behavior and market trends
  • Continuously optimize the subscription journey, identifying pain points and opportunities to improve the user experience and increase conversion
  • Leverage data and analytics to guide decisions, identify growth opportunities, and establish clear success metrics
  • Drive product strategy in ambiguous settings, employing product management frameworks to clarify objectives, mediate diverse viewpoints, and propel product growth and user engagement
  • Understand customer needs and behaviors by conducting research, data analysis, and usability testing to inform strategies to reduce friction along the key steps of customer journey
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Analytics, Product Marketing, Engineering and Customer Service teams
