Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with 2-3 years in a Growth role, preferably in a subscription business
- Deep knowledge of growth experimentation tactics, with a strong understanding of the customer journey, and a proven track record of driving subscriber growth and retention
- Strong proficiency in data analytics, A/B testing, experimentation, and funnel optimization
- Experience developing pricing and packaging strategies that drive revenue growth and deliver strong global price-to-value for users
- Experience working with loyalty programs
- Knowledge of product management frameworks and their practices
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of product strategy and vision to increase subscription growth and improve retention rates, leveraging insights into customer behavior and market trends
- Continuously optimize the subscription journey, identifying pain points and opportunities to improve the user experience and increase conversion
- Leverage data and analytics to guide decisions, identify growth opportunities, and establish clear success metrics
- Drive product strategy in ambiguous settings, employing product management frameworks to clarify objectives, mediate diverse viewpoints, and propel product growth and user engagement
- Understand customer needs and behaviors by conducting research, data analysis, and usability testing to inform strategies to reduce friction along the key steps of customer journey
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Analytics, Product Marketing, Engineering and Customer Service teams
