Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent experience in lieu of degree
  • 5 or more years of telecommunications technical experience
  • Broad IT experience, preferably in a large corporate environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated acumen to build/maintain relationships
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
  • Ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (minimum 25x10 speed; no satellite or wireless internet)
  • A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Responsibilities

  • Creates and maintains a roadmap for assigned products within the Telecom Platform Delivery team
  • Leads all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to a consumable functionality, by developing or enhancing products to meet specific customer needs and success outcomes
  • Monitors efficacy of products post-launch and uses business partner feedback to ensure products are meeting customer needs
  • Adjusts products over time to continue to achieve the desired outcomes
  • Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components
  • Works without direction and exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments
  • Responsible for supporting Genesys integrations, Genesys DevOps and automation
