Requirements

At least 4 years of experience as a product manager, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment
Experience in legal tech is a strong plus
Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
Portuguese language skills would be a significant asset for interacting with Lusophone partners and clients
Ability to understand customer needs, listen actively, and create impactful solutions
Data-driven decision-making with measurement of action impacts
Strong collaboration skills with diverse profiles and ability to rally around a shared vision
Natural ability to link product choices to business stakes and user value
Passion for learning, experimenting, and continuously improving approaches

Responsibilities

Monitor market trends and user needs to guide long-term strategy and product vision
Regularly engage with users to identify needs and simplify their daily work
Leverage data by analyzing usage and feedback to guide decisions and improve the product
Define priorities, manage scope, and deliver value quickly
Collaborate closely with tech, design, and business teams to design high-quality features
Ensure ergonomics, reliability, and consistency of deliverables
Work with sales, marketing, and support teams for successful deployments and relevant customer feedback
Align the product with LexisNexis Risk Solutions' overall strategy and foster synergies between teams
