Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, along with at least 7 years of product management experience, specifically within a fintech or cryptocurrency environment. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills are essential, as is the ability to define and prioritize product roadmaps. Experience with user acquisition and growth strategies is also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will lead the Exchange’s Experience roadmap, focusing on building a world-class user experience, establishing seamless onboarding workflows, and unifying the Exchange retail, VIP, and Institutional onboarding flow. They will be responsible for data-driven decision making through event tracking and dashboard views, strategizing with the Growth and CRM team to devise targeted retail campaigns, defining features and product outcomes, collaborating with delivery management and lead engineers, and owning the product area and its roadmap backlog. Furthermore, they will engage with business and sales teams, conduct user studies, and represent the domain in cross-functional communications while staying abreast of market trends.
