Candidates should also be able to define features and product outcomes, collaborate with feature teams and lead engineers, and own the product area they build with the team.
The Senior Product Manager will lead, plan, execute, and maintain the Exchange’s Experience roadmap, focusing on building best-in-class trading onboarding workflows, establishing a seamless onboarding and KYC experience, unifying the exchange retail, VIP, and institutional onboarding flow, and synergising mobile app and website experiences. They will also drive data-driven decision making by setting up event tracking, creating dashboard views, and strategising with the Growth and CRM team to devise targeted retail campaigns. Furthermore, the Product Manager will define features and product outcomes, collaborate with delivery management and lead engineers, own the product area, and ship products/features in a timely manner, engaging with business and sales teams, staying close to market trends, and representing the domain in communications with cross-functional teams.
