Responsibilities

Work closely with leaders in HR, Finance, and Operations to review, map, improve, or overhaul existing processes before automation
Own the entire data journey across interconnected systems (HRIS, Accounting, etc.), ensuring flawless data integrity and consistency
Translate approved, optimized processes into detailed, actionable user stories and functional requirements for the development team
Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement) as the voice of the business, ensuring focus on highest-value work
Lead mandatory weekly Business Partner Immersion, observing end-users and solving their genuine problems firsthand
Own and prioritize the product backlog to ensure the development team delivers maximum execution value
Drive the Primary Outcome KPI for the Squad (e.g., Internal Process Cycle Time or Cost Reduction KPI), with success defined by value-based achievement
