Responsibilities

  • Work closely with leaders in HR, Finance, and Operations to review, map, improve, or overhaul existing processes before automation
  • Own the entire data journey across interconnected systems (HRIS, Accounting, etc.), ensuring flawless data integrity and consistency
  • Translate approved, optimized processes into detailed, actionable user stories and functional requirements for the development team
  • Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement) as the voice of the business, ensuring focus on highest-value work
  • Lead mandatory weekly Business Partner Immersion, observing end-users and solving their genuine problems firsthand
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog to ensure the development team delivers maximum execution value
  • Drive the Primary Outcome KPI for the Squad (e.g., Internal Process Cycle Time or Cost Reduction KPI), with success defined by value-based achievement
