Position Overview

Deel is seeking a talented Product Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for deeply analyzing customer and business problems, identifying pain points, and rapidly creating impactful and elegant solutions. This role requires strategic thinking, full-cycle product ownership, and close collaboration with Product Designers and Engineers. You will be instrumental in our journey to redefine the way people work globally.

Responsibilities

  • Deeply analyze customers and business problems to identify pain points.
  • Rapidly create impactful and elegant solutions to specific problems.
  • Strategically think about the product from a high-level perspective to connect the missing dots.
  • Take full-cycle ownership of your work, from ideation and design to review, feedback, final test builds, and post-release monitoring.
  • Work closely with highly talented Product Designers and a team of Engineers.
  • Contribute to redefining the way of working for people worldwide.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment (ideally scale-up/start-up).
  • Experience working with "Customer facing products".
  • Proven ability to be an independent and autonomous leader.
  • Understanding of both UX and UI principles.
  • Ability to lead and bring other product teams on board to deliver results.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in IT security products.

Location

  • EMEA based (with willingness to travel 2x per quarter to the UK).
