Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally a scale-up or start-up. Experience working with customer-facing products, independent and autonomous leadership, and an understanding of both UX and UI are required. The ability to lead and bring other product teams on board for delivery is essential. Experience working in IT security products is a plus. The role requires the candidate to be EMEA based and willing to travel 2x per quarter to the UK.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will deeply analyze customer and business problems to identify pain points. They will rapidly create impactful and elegant solutions to specific problems and strategically think of the product from a high-level perspective to connect missing dots. The role involves full-cycle ownership from ideation, design, review, and feedback through the final test build and post-release. Close collaboration with talented Product Designers and a team of Engineers is expected. The primary goal is to be part of the journey to redefine a way of working for people worldwide.
