Senior Product Manager at BenchSci

This is a full-time hybrid role requiring 2 days per week in the office.

Candidates need 3+ years (preferably 7+) as a Product Manager on scientific data products, familiarity with graph and structured data in scientific or healthcare contexts, proven experience productizing API offerings (MCP preferred), strong interest in biology, and a track record of influencing cross-functional teams and data-informed decision-making.

This highly collaborative position reports to the Lead Product Manager and partners with teams across Product, Science, Engineering, ML, and Go-To-Market, sitting at the interface of these areas within the growing Product Management team.

A strong candidate has 7+ years as a Product Manager at a biopharma company or in close collaboration with biopharma partners, experience with MCP offerings and agentic architectures, and a proven track record of launching features to adoption while facilitating cross-functional agreements in complex scientific data domains.
