Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years as Senior Product Manager
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling B2B products
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Fintech experience (not required but preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and execution through cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Design teams
  • Help develop and prioritize product features based on market research, user feedback, and business goals, ensuring alignment with long-term growth objectives
  • Drive innovation by exploring new tools, technologies such as AI, and partnerships that grow contractor business and drive company profitability
  • Partner with key stakeholders in sales, marketing, operations, design, and research to co-create new products and bring them to market
  • Build and deliver a data-driven roadmap to grow the B2B business and deliver on business OKRs
