Requirements

  • 4-8+ years of Product Management experience, including 2+ years building platforms in at least one of the following domains: integrations, workflow automation, iPaaS, low-code/no-code builders, or developer platforms
  • Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns (APIs, webhooks, event frameworks, data transformation, error handling, OAuth/credential flows, schema mapping)
  • Demonstrated ability to ship high-scale platform capabilities with strong technical intuition and fluency in system architecture and data flows
  • Experience building marketplaces, partner ecosystems, or extension frameworks where external developers build

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the product strategy for App Studio and the Marketplace – advancing App Studio toward a mature iPaaS-like platform while building and scaling the Marketplace ecosystem to enable partners and third-party developers to create connectors, templates, and applications
  • Translate complex problems into intuitive, repeatable, and low-code/AI-assisted configuration experiences for partners, builders, and customers
  • Collaborate deeply with engineering and design to define requirements, provide product direction, make tradeoffs, and deliver high-quality platform capabilities and UX
  • Partner with Technical Solutions Consultants and Partners to understand real-world integration patterns, identify reusable components, and increase build-time efficiency
  • Lead product discovery through customer and partner research, data analysis, and competitive intelligence across leading iPaaS and workflow automation platforms
  • Enable internal and external stakeholders (Sales, TSC, partners) with documentation, best practices, enablement guides, and solution blueprints
