Requirements

Candidates should possess strong strategic thinking skills, a high ownership mindset, and proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally. They must be confident communicators with commercial fluency, a customer-focused mindset, and deep product knowledge in analytics, data visualization, and reporting, particularly for SaaS or B2B. Familiarity with AI/LLM-enabled product development, user-facing intelligence features, and experience with large-scale data infrastructure such as Clickhouse or columnar databases are required. High data literacy and experience managing complex, multi-threaded product work-streams are also essential. Experience building or buying advanced reporting and analytics tools, working with survey tooling or unstructured response data, and delivering modern AI-powered product features are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will lead the transformation of Typeform’s reporting and analytics experience, owning the strategy and execution of AI-first analytics capabilities. Responsibilities include leading the delivery of a best-in-class reporting suite with features like a redesigned summary page, filtering, advanced visualizations, and AI-driven insights. They will define and ship the MVP for next-gen Narrative Intelligence and “AI Copilot for Insights” experiences, and partner with Data Science to scale foundational Copilot capabilities. The role involves setting and driving a focused roadmap, consolidating learnings to guide product decisions, and improving key metrics such as usage rates, satisfaction scores, and activation. Additionally, they will build internal alignment, communicate product value to Sales, CS, and GTM teams, and ensure commercial success by helping these teams articulate differentiated analytics value to customers.
