Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in product management, including 2 or more years working on tools supporting complex workflows
Experienced in shipping AI-powered products and understanding their unique challenges
Understand the technical aspects of working with LLMs, including prompt engineering, evaluation metrics, and managing non-deterministic outputs
Skilled at translating business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, simplifying complex concepts when needed
Strong track record of working cross-functionally to align product strategy with company goals
Confident in managing product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring alignment
Passionate about improving healthcare, technically savvy, curious about AI in healthcare, and comfortable with complex workflows

Responsibilities

Lead the development and launch of new AI products and functionality across Healthie’s product offering
Focus on expanding and improving tools that help clinicians deliver exceptional care using cutting-edge AI
Work closely with engineering, design, business stakeholders, and customers to translate real-world needs into scalable, technical solutions
Launch new products and functionality
Create a scalable AI enablement framework for other teams at Healthie to adopt
Design safe, ethical, and secure AI solutions that offer real and measurable benefits throughout the care continuum
Potentially work on AI applications in clinical documentation and charting automation, patient engagement and communication tools, workflow automation and scheduling optimization, and business intelligence for practice management
Drive product roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and make decisions impacting mission-critical software for healthcare organizations
