Requirements

  • BS/BA in relevant program, or equivalent work experience
  • 5 - 7 years of product manager experience
  • Must be resourceful, with the ability to find solutions where they are not obvious
  • Generative AI product strategy and prototyping
  • AI/ML frameworks (LLMs, RAG, NLP, Sentiment Analysis)
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI-powered recommendation engines
  • Strong foundation with multiple AI product tools (Pendo, Figma/Adobe, Lucidchart, others)
  • Data-driven decision-making and user experience design principles
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Telecom, MarTech and/or STEM background (preferred but not required)
  • Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
  • Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
  • Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information

Responsibilities

  • Translate complex AI/ML capabilities into intuitive product requirements and user stories
  • Oversee testing & validation to ensure AI features meet quality and performance standards
  • Coordinate implementation activities across a broad range of functions and departments
  • Understand and identify cross-functional dependencies and able to mitigate risks
  • Engage with clients' customers to refine AI solutions based on feedback
  • Optimize user journeys by partnering with marketing and sales for AI-driven engagement
  • Drive AI personalization & automation, leveraging NLP, sentiment analysis, and recommendation engines
  • Define & execute AI product strategy aligned with our client’s objectives
  • Lead market research & competitive analysis to identify business opportunities
  • Develop business cases for new AI-driven product initiatives
  • Work with client stakeholders to ensure the realization of business outcomes in working solutions
  • Build strong relationships with client and internal team members to deliver success
  • Comfortable challenging assumptions
