Humana is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with technical expertise to join our MarketPoint team, focused on point of sale solutions. This role is crucial for driving innovation and delivering high-quality products through project, product, and vendor management. Key Role Functions

  • Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. This includes acting as both a Product Manager and a Product Owner.
  • Vendor and Partnership Management: Manage vendor relationships and third-party partnerships to support product development and delivery.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with all stakeholders, including Engineering, to translate requirements into actionable development plans and drive execution.
  • Integration Strategy: Drive enterprise-level integration discussions, ensuring seamless integration with key systems and maintaining interoperability and data consistency. Articulate product vision, requirements, and integration strategies to stakeholders.
  • Agile Methodologies: Utilize Agile methodologies to drive sprint planning and feature prioritization to meet project timelines.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure product success, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization of product performance.
  • Roadmap Development: Creating a roadmap with clearly defined milestones is a plus for this position.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of technical product experience with proven delivery of business value through technology products.
  • Experience developing/delivering solutions through the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Experience working with outside vendors and managing those relationships.
  • Strong communication, analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills enabling sound decision-making.
  • Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 3+ years of project management experience.
  • Analytical background.
  • Work experience in the healthcare and/or insurance industries.
  • Experience developing and delivering agent-facing technology products, including contact center capabilities (quote & enroll technology, agent desktop/portal, A.I., CRM, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with all leadership levels, and business/technical stakeholders to drive alignment and influence high-impact decisions, enabling meaningful experience changes for consumers/agents.
  • Highly effective communication skills, including written/visual (e.g., PowerPoint), meeting facilitation, and presenting a narrative/story to various audiences.
  • One or more SAFe certifications (Agilist, PM/PO, SPC, etc.).

  • This is a 100% nationwide remote role.
  • Primary business hours will be Eastern/Central Standard Time, though hours may vary based on business needs.
