Requirements

At least 21 years of age
Proof of authorization to work in the United States
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Ability to obtain and maintain any required certification or license as per law or policy
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in the gaming industry
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams
Strong knowledge of Casino Systems (e.g., Patron Management, Cage & Credit, Tables)
Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and user experience
Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication across all levels
Ability to physically access assigned workspace areas with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to work indoors exposed to environmental factors (e.g., CRT, noise, dust)
Ability to utilize laptop and standard keyboard for job functions

Responsibilities

Lead development of casino management systems from the ground up
Own end-to-end product management processes, including user stories, product specifications, regulatory documentation, and roadmaps
Define product vision and prioritize features using modern technologies and best practices
Develop and execute product roadmap, prioritizing features based on impact, end-user needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives
Translate high-level requirements into actionable user stories, PRDs, product specifications, and roadmaps
Manage and prioritize product backlog, support Agile processes (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups), track KPIs, analyze stakeholder feedback and performance for data-driven improvements
Maintain deep understanding of industry trends, streamlined user experiences, competitive analysis, and emerging tech in the casino space
Collaborate with end users, product teams, engineering, and stakeholders for product alignment
Ensure products comply with casino gaming industry regulations and standards
Advocate for user-centered design principles for seamless and engaging experiences
Perform duties in a safe manner, attend work consistently, and complete other assigned duties
