  • 2+ years working as a senior product manager, ideally in an empowered product team model

  • Strategic thinker able to align short-term objectives with long-term roadmap
  • Solid technical understanding and experience in software development; comfortable discussing technical details with engineers
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with stakeholders and customers

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with UX design, customer experience, and sales partners to gather insights on enterprise customer needs and deliver value
  • Work with software and AI engineering teams to develop innovative solutions
  • Own your roadmap and drive alignment and excitement across the business and customers
  • Actively engage with enterprise customers to understand needs and align with roadmap
  • With pod leads, define and own outcomes for roadmap, delivering measurable success for enterprise segment
