Requirements

  • Experience designing user-centric, high-quality transactional experiences across e-commerce, checkout, payments, or fulfillment
  • Comfortable with experimental, iterative approaches to problem-solving; ability to iterate quickly in spaces without established solutions, balancing immediate needs with long-term scalability
  • Strong analytical skills and use data to drive decisions
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Technically fluent and comfortable working with engineering teams on payment and fulfillment integrations
  • (Plus) Experience with marketplaces, luxury e-commerce, or complex transaction flows
  • Currently authorized to live and work in the United States
  • Based in New York City (hybrid role with 2-3 days in office per week)

Responsibilities

  • Lead product strategy for checkout, fulfillment, and post-purchase flows, ensuring a seamless, luxurious, and reliable experience for buyers and galleries
  • Build flexible, scalable systems that evolve to support complex transaction models, including international and multi-currency flows
  • Collaborate across design, engineering, and operations to unlock improved experiences in checkout, payments, shipping, and fulfillment
  • Center all decisions on the user: anticipate buyer and seller needs across bottom-of-funnel experiences
  • Use predictive insights to anticipate friction points, optimize transaction paths, and drive engagement and loyalty
  • Iterate rapidly using data, research, and experimentation to validate assumptions and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Collaborate with data and engineering teams to design, test, and iterate on AI solutions across checkout, fulfillment, and post-purchase journeys
