We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead prescription operations at Phil. This role is crucial for driving the success of our prescription fulfillment processes, both internally with our pharmacy team and with external fulfillment partners. You will collaborate closely with dedicated Engineering and Design teams to ensure patients receive their prescribed medications while also delivering significant value to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Phil’s prescription fulfillment processes, encompassing pharmacy and partner operations.
  • Identify requirements through data analysis and collaboration with internal stakeholders, including pharmacy teams, fulfillment partners, and client success teams, to deliver on their needs.
  • Develop new platform capabilities to expand our reach to different types of medications.
  • Continuously evolve and iterate on existing processes to improve operational metrics.
  • Participate in user research and process analysis to inform future product planning.
  • Set, monitor, and deliver on metrics-based goals for the product.

Requirements

  • A genuine passion for helping patients and a proactive, "get-it-done" attitude.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a software development environment.
  • A strong track record of driving operations platforms and managing complex workflows.
  • The ability to articulate business strategy clearly and translate it into actionable product deliverables.
  • Proven ability to drive business outcomes using metrics.
  • Familiarity with technical concepts and the ability to collaborate with engineers on technical trade-offs.
  • Relevant educational background is preferred.
