Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a software setting, demonstrating a strong track record of driving operations platforms and managing complex workflows. They should also have a passion for helping patients, a ‘get-it-done’ approach, fluency in driving business outcomes using metrics, and familiarity with technical concepts, enabling them to work effectively with engineers on trade-offs. A relevant educational background is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Phil’s prescription fulfillment processes, collaborating with internal pharmacy teams and fulfillment partners, alongside Engineering and Design teammates. They will identify requirements using data and internal stakeholders, create new platform capabilities to expand reach to new medication types, continually evolve and iterate to improve operational metrics, participate in user research and process analysis, and set, monitor, and deliver on metrics-based goals.
