A portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end product design and problem-solving in complex domains
Experience working within design systems and cross-product ecosystems
Proficiency with Figma (or similar tools); curiosity about AI-augmented workflows is a plus

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end design for product features and workflows, from research and framing through to execution
Navigate ambiguity by exploring broad problem spaces and proposing clear, actionable solutions
Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to align design with strategy and delivery
Apply and help evolve our design system (Yama-DS) to ensure consistency, scalability, and craft across the platform
Validate ideas through usability testing and user research, turning insights into improvements
Communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders and build alignment across teams
Contribute to the growth of design culture, mentoring peers and sharing best practices
