Responsibilities

  • Define the vision for your product area in partnership with Product and Engineering counterparts, ensuring design decisions align with measurable business and user outcomes
  • Design for trust and simplicity in Payments flows, balancing compliance, clarity, and conversion
  • Shape AI-powered experiences that feel transparent, intuitive, and assistive, not intrusive or opaque
  • Contribute to and evolve Weave’s Design System, ensuring patterns scale across the product ecosystem
  • Mentor other designers, sharing feedback and frameworks that raise the bar for design quality and impact
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to influence product roadmaps and ensure user insights are central to decision-making
  • Leverage data and research tools (e.g., Pendo, Sigma, Maze) to validate and refine your designs
