Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design across large, complex initiatives, from discovery and concepting to launch and iteration
Define the vision for your product area in partnership with Product and Engineering counterparts, ensuring design decisions align with measurable business and user outcomes
Design for trust and simplicity in Payments flows, balancing compliance, clarity, and conversion
Shape AI-powered experiences that feel transparent, intuitive, and assistive, not intrusive or opaque
Contribute to and evolve Weave’s Design System, ensuring patterns scale across the product ecosystem
Mentor other designers, sharing feedback and frameworks that raise the bar for design quality and impact
Collaborate cross-functionally to influence product roadmaps and ensure user insights are central to decision-making
Leverage data and research tools (e.g., Pendo, Sigma, Maze) to validate and refine your designs
