Responsibilities

Systems Thinking: Design scalable and reusable solutions that work across multiple products and teams, considering the ripple effects of design decisions
Figma Expertise: Utilize Figma effectively, leveraging its advanced features for efficient design workflows
Collaboration: Work closely with Designers, Researchers, Engineers, and Product Managers throughout the design process
User Advocacy: Anticipate user needs and advocate for them in design decisions
Prototyping: Build user interface mock-ups and prototypes to test and iterate on designs
Design Documentation: Create clear and concise design documentation to communicate design decisions
Tool Proficiency: Proficiency in secondary tools like Framer, Principle, Miro, etc. is a plus
