Responsibilities

  • Design and test new features which help prospective clients find mental health support which meets their needs
  • Work closely and transparently with partners from Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing
  • Work iteratively, using A/B testing, research, and other tools to test hypotheses and solutions
  • Collaborate with other designers across the organization, particularly on the Care Finding Provider team
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user needs, creative problem-solving chops, and ability to build strong, consumer-grade experiences
  • Communicate ideas through flows, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Advocate for accessibility and usability in every solution
  • Focus on measurable user and business outcomes, and move forward decisively through ambiguity
