Requirements

Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design process for new and existing products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to shape end-to-end workflows and ensure a seamless product development process. You will create user-centered designs through user research, persona development, and journey mapping, and will expertly craft the UI/UX of the product and web experience. Furthermore, you will develop and maintain a design system, advocate for design best practices, mentor junior designers, and continuously iterate on design solutions based on user testing and feedback, while staying updated on industry trends and experimenting with new design tools.
