Responsibilities

Act as the senior designer in your squad’s product area, collaborating with product management and engineering to drive user-centered solutions that deliver business impact and delight customers
Lead research efforts to deeply understand customer pain points, translating insights into strategic product opportunities
Design elegant, modular solutions that scale across the product and use cases, balancing innovation with usability
Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure technically feasible, high-quality execution of complex design solutions
Apply behavioral analytics and experimentation to inform and refine designs, tying work back to measurable outcomes
Support the evolution of Bridgit’s design system, maintaining visual harmony, interaction consistency, and efficiency across teams
Uplift the design team through mentorship, design critiques, and modeling best practices in product thinking and execution
Stay ahead of design trends and emerging technologies, including AI, to elevate how we work and what we deliver
Shape the future of the product ecosystem, driving cohesive experiences, elevating design excellence, and defining the long-term product design vision for Bridgit Bench
Be part of a cross-functional squad alongside a product manager and engineers to deliver intuitive, user-centric solutions
