What We're Looking For

We are seeking a Procurement Operations Specialist to manage and coordinate procurement processes. This role involves administration and coordination of procurement processes within different purchase categories, document flow administration, and close cooperation with internal and external clients. This position assumes responsibility for defined areas of purchases with coordination of the Procurement Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contracts Management: Ensure timely contracts conclusion, approval, and administration in line with business requirements and relevant legislation and tax requirements.
  • Purchases Support: Provide support with negotiations, and administrative support for all requested purchases. Support the business process from initiation of purchase to payment to ensure process compliance and proper data storage.
  • Business Partnership: Foster close cooperation with Stakeholders within the P2P process flow. Provide communication and consulting on processes and administrative support for business requests.
  • ERP Workflow Administration: Manage purchasing documents in ERP “Workday” including: processing Requisition, PO, supplier and invoice creation requests; contracts tracking; and supplier data management in the system.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare monthly analytics and reporting of established Procurement KPIs. Ensure purchasing process compliance and maintain accurate process documentation.

Required Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Purchasing or Procurement, dealing with tasks such as negotiations, contracting, purchases administration, and working in an ERP system.
  • Technical Skills: ERP knowledge and experience. Experience with Workday will be an advantage.
  • Language: Fluent in English.
  • Soft Skills: Good analytical and communicative skills, diligence and accuracy, flexibility, and teamwork.
