Responsibilities

  • Lead a squad across Merchandising and Marketing to deliver commercial results and shape the Jordan Latin America business
  • Develop and drive the Jordan strategy and future vision
  • Lead local Jordan teams through the seasonal Go-To-Market process
  • Conduct territory-specific analysis and make recommendations to inform and influence strategy and seasonal priorities
  • Inform and influence seasonal and annual targets in partnership with cross-functional teams (e.g., Local GM, Finance, Planning, and Sales)
  • Interface with key retail accounts in partnership with Sales teammates
  • Drive commercial alignment and execution to deliver seasonal targets and a profitable pull market
  • Influence ongoing marketplace elevation
