Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop supply-side sales and operations teams

  • Own the national supply strategy for veterinarians and technicians
  • Partner with Finance, Data, and Sales Operations to forecast supply needs
  • Define and monitor KPIs across clinician engagement, activation, fulfillment, and retention
  • Design and refine scalable processes for provider onboarding, scheduling, credentialing, and engagement
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to define systems that support lead management, conversion tracking, and retention analytics
  • Continuously evaluate and improve workflows
  • Drive impact through Roo’s cross functional Squad Operating Model
