Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited program
  • NCIDQ licensure or Registered Architect status
  • At least 10 years of experience in architecture and commercial interior design, including workplace strategy, environmental branding, and facilities management
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with 3DS Max, Rhino, Grasshopper, or Enscape (bonus skills)

Responsibilities

  • Lead design ownership for all phases of commercial projects, including programming, space planning, concept design, technical documentation, and construction administration
  • Develop programming, space planning, concept design, and technical documentation
  • Create architectural drawings, brand packaging, mock-ups, technical documentation, and FFE (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) specifications
  • Manage strategic vendors, overseeing the process from program definition to building activation
  • Conduct presentations with business stakeholders and external vendors
  • Collaborate closely with regional Nike offices and leadership
  • Drive business development initiatives
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget
  • Develop and cultivate strategic partnerships with internal executive leadership, municipal officials, external vendors, and project/facility managers
