  • 12+ years of combined experience in Chief of Staff, strategy, operations or management consulting roles
  • 7+ years of experience partnering closely with product or engineering teams to drive strategic and operational outcomes
  • Proven strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior executives, with a track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder processes, cross-functional programs and organizational change
  • Proven ability to balance long-term strategic priorities with near-term operational demands in a dynamic environment
  • Skilled at synthesizing complex information into clear, actionable recommendations for executive audiences
  • Ability to build strong relationships, influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
  • Passionate about using data and analytics to drive business performance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Platform Organization’s Operating Cadence to drive alignment, execution and engagement, and strengthen coordination and decision-making across the Platform leadership team and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Partner with Platform teams to define, monitor and communicate progress on OKRs and key performance metrics
  • Continuously evaluate and evolve the Platform Organization’s operating model in partnership with People and Purpose, Finance and other internal teams to enhance operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness
  • Manage the SVP, Platform’s executive rhythm, providing coordination and preparation for strategic and ad-hoc engagements to ensure strategic focus and operational continuity
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, leading special projects and analyses on behalf of the SVP, Platform and the Platform Leadership Team
  • Identify and implement improvements to internal processes and operations, streamlining workflows to enhance efficiency and execution
