Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a field such as business, marketing, finance, economics, or business analytics, or a related technical discipline. They should have at least 5 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on pricing and packaging organizations. Proficiency in SQL with experience querying complex, large-scale datasets is required, along with advanced analytics techniques relevant to product analysis, such as behavioral analytics, segmentation, experimentation (A/B testing), and predictive modeling.
The Senior Pricing & Packaging Analyst will define and measure pricing and packaging KPIs to drive actionable insights and business growth, proactively contribute a data-driven perspective to the development and refinement of pricing & packaging strategy, and analyze the impact of pricing adjustments and strategies on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume and mix, revenue, gross margin, lifetime value, and customer acquisition cost. They will develop pricing models and tools to support pricing and packaging decisions, analyze complex data, identify key trends, and communicate findings through clear, impactful visualizations, and develop and maintain key product dashboards using Sigma to improve self-service initiatives. Additionally, the analyst will own the reporting on packaging performance, such as sales by bundle, churn on new products, and recommendations on packaging improvements.
